Analyzing the video and what productivity means for me
First of all, I would like to mention some details about the girl that is presenting the video, without even knowing her you can tell that she is a really nice person, she sounds friendly and polite, but also she knows how to keep it professional, and because of that you take her speech more serious. Second of all, I have loved these tips, you might say "I have heard them before or I have done that before" but as I mentioned, there is a difference when you listen to those tips from a person that manages it and give you examples on how to put them in practice than just heard them from one of your friends and not knowing what to do.
Productivity means for me giving priority to meaningful tasks on your daily basis, organizing most of your days on what you are going to do in a specific hour, giving time to my studies,, my work, my family, my relationship, and even for myself.
The first habit, giving time to myself in the morning
As represented in the picture above, I would like to exercise in the morning, I have done it before, but I was just studying at that time, right now I do not feel like waking up at 7 am to exercise. However, I really like this tip, because I have found myself stressing out for some things that have not even happen yet, so I liked it when she said that it is important to give yourself some time to relax and think of positivist thinks that will help you to have a better behavior through the day.
This will could help me to feel better with myself and also it is important for my health, I might start going to bed earlier, so I can wake up at 7 am to exercise so I can do my homework in the morning.
The second habit, organizing your time
In this habit, she mentioned giving time to respond to emails, however, I would take this tip as a recommendation of giving a specific time at using social media, and I would say that this one is really challenging for me, because sometimes I feel like if I can not control it, but I know I can I just have to try it for real.
I think I will feel better if I organize a particular time to check my social media, I could be investing more time on that and obviously, that is not a good or healthy habit to practice every day, if can determine the exact time that I can spend time on social media, I can reflect a huge impact on my life. 👀
