When my brother finished ninth grade he went to high school, but he had two options, the first one was either to study at a private school or a public one, so he preferred to study at a private, my parents agreed. Basically, there was nothing wrong with, that was he wanted, however, we all started noticing that the prices were kind of high, for example, students cannot but their uniform any other place than in the institution otherwise, they won’t be able to study there. It was the same rule with books, they had cameras everywhere in there, I mean, it can be an advantage but you felt like if you were in jail, and the third, which I think it is the worst, students HAVE to pay every Friday if they want to use jeans! If they don’t pay for it, they can use it, and if they use it but don’t pay for it, they will get in trouble, can you believe that?
Dear Margarita Romero,
I hope this letter finds you well.
The reason that I am writing this letter is to let you know my concerns about how te institution is been handle, I have heard many comments of students about the rules they need to follow to be accepted. First of all, I would say that the image of a company is key for a business, if someone makes a good or bad comment about the school, it can influence the number of customers (students) you will receive per year. Having said that, I would like to mention a couple of rules which I do not agree with.
1- Buying uniforms exclusively from the institution, there are people that might be able to buy it somewhere else cheaper, in my opinion, this is unacceptable to obligate your students to buy their uniforms only in one place, not everyone has the same capability to pay for it, some of them cannot even afford to have lunch, to this is completely unfair.
2- Paying to use jeans every Friday, we all love jeans, but I have never heard that you need to pay to use it, this must even be illegal, it is not necessary for students to pay to use jeans if the rules of the institution do not allow to use it, then they won’t do it.
To sum up, there is a reality that sometimes we do not see and not every person has sufficient money to pay for those unnecessary things, some people are struggling to survive, we have to take in consideration all those details before adding such rules to an institution that proclaims to be fair to everyone.
