Pros and cons of working in a call center, working from home, or traditional work. 

While going through COVID 19 we have heard from a lot of companies implementing the method of working from home, call centers are one of the most popular at the moment. Working in a call center can be stressful and different in many ways, and there are a lot of positives and negatives when it comes to this job. In this opportunity, I would like to compare these two by providing you the advantages and disadvantages of them. 

There are a lot of advantages of working from home, you can wear any kind of clothes, you can take naps, bathrooms are closer and your boss won’t be pushing on you, you will be able to save some money and spend more time with your family, however, it is not as easy as it sounds, working from home can be even more stressful than traditional work, when having a traditional job they will provide you with the proper equipment to work with, such as a computer, stable internet, headsets, the proper place to work, but it has some disadvantages as well, you will need to spend more hours in order to be on time, you will spend more money to buy food and if you have a car you have to spend on it too. 

To sum up, one of the most differences between these two is the time you share with your coworkers, as humans we enjoy talking and doing jokes with others about anything, but working from home is impossible to do it, while in a traditional work you can spend it with them, working from home when you have a family can be difficult, because if you are taking calls they must be silence most of the days so your work won’t be affected, in the end, they both have their advantages and disadvantages, you will select any of these depending on the opportunities you may have and your personality.
